...new L.A. bands played to an enthusiastic, standing room only crowd at the Troub last weekend.
The Kats opened the show, a
slick, energetic group with flash and clever tunes, such
as "Lost My TV Guide".

the material, and prowls the stage like the demented
feline he professes to be in the group's theme song,
"The Kats (Theme)."
Freddy is
backed up by Bobbyzio Moore (sax, percussion), Dennis Peters (bass, vocal), Al Galles (drums, vocal) and Pete McRae (lead guitar).
