"College Daze"
(The Story of Skogie and the Flaming Pachucos )
It all started years ago in the small but obscure village of Bostinini, near the Murcus River, in the lower eastern portion of Bulgaria.
The group traveled for years about the european countryside sustaining themselves by the use of their incredibly unique acrobatic talents.
A few years and a few circuses later, the group found themselves starving in a stable near Linz, Austria.
It was there that the group decided to change their name from Skogie and the FLYING Pachucos to Skogie and the FLAMING Pachucos, much due to the addition of a drummer, Al Galles and his twin brother Denny Peterson (no relation) who had the somewhat distressing habit of shouting obscenities while lighting the body hair of the other group members in their sleep.
After a few Successful engagements at the Ringslater Palladium in Norway, the group had saved enough money for their AMERICAN TOUR.
Failure led to failure as the Pachucos along with Skogie, exposed themselves to audience after audience here in the states.
Finally they made their way to Minneapolis, like elephants to the grave, to play out their lives for these unsuspectiong northern audiences.
The group plans to remain here until they can perhaps replace  Mark Goldstein and Jim Greenberg, in hopes of attaining that ultimate engagement in Santiago del Estero, Argentina, where they could truly rest in peacefull success.
